Dan Mlinar looks ahead to Sunday's Den clash

Millwall Lionesses play their third home game in 12 days on Sunday when WSL 2's newest team, Everton Ladies, make the long trip down to The Den.
The two sides last met in the old Premier League National in 2009/10 when the Merseyside outfit emerged 5-0 winners in a match played at Beckenham's Eden Park Avenue Ground.

Everton's relegation from WSL 1 last season ended a 21-year run in the top flight of the women's game, but having won their opening League game 2-1 away at Aston Villa, Lionesses boss Dan Mlinar believes his side are in for a tough test.

"I have spoken to people who were at were at the game and I have read the reports," said Dan. "They seem like they were in control of the game, Villa only scored in the 89th minute so we know it's going to be difficult.

"Everton picked up another win against a WSL 1 side in the FA Cup on Tuesday night so they will come to us with a lot of confidence.

"We've looked at them closely as a team and tried to focus on how we stop them collectively. That will be difficult and I won't give anything away but we have got a game plan."

The Lionesses picked up a few knocks in Sunday's FA Cup clash with Arsenal but Mlinar is hopeful that most of his squad will be fit for this weekend.
"Naomi Cole really put in a shift on Sunday and she had a touch of cramp but will be absolutely fine," he added. "Megan Goss had a tight calf but should be OK, although
Lily Agg has a tight hamstring and
will unfortunately miss out this weekend."
So with Agg missing out and the WSL deadline day approaching on Thursday is Mlinar planning any late additions to his team?

He revealed, "We're looking to bring a forward in on loan and I'm really hopeful that will be pushed over the line in time for the deadline.

"We need that to add goals to the team. In the London Bees game we created ample chances without actually tapping one away, so we need to add that.

"We've got another couple of girls on trial at the moment but they are free agents so there's no rush to sign them. I am hoping there might be at least one new face in the squad for Everton."
