Midfielder Upson has his say on the battle for safety

Ed Upson says he and his Millwall team-mates are remaining positive as the club battle to stay in the Championship.

The Lions were denied a win over Brentford in cruel circumstances last Saturday having led 2-0 with five minutes to go but Ed, who impressed in a wide position at Griffin Park, says the players will continue to give everything they have to keep Millwall in the Championship.

"You have got to stay strong, stay positive, keep your heads up and keep going," he said. "It's not over yet.

"We are not going to stop trying or stop believing until it's over.

"Until that point we are going to give it everything we have got because it is important to everyone here.

"Everyone believes in what we are doing. As long as can keep going, stay strong and believe, then anything is possible in football."
