Players work up a sweat in the sun
The temperature was soaring at Calmont Road today as Millwall's players had their fifth pre-season training session after returning from their summer break last Thursday.Following a second successive pre-8am start, manager Neil Harris and right-hand man Dave Livermore over-saw some football drills as the squad continued to step up their fitness levels ahead of their trip to Portugal on Sunday.
There won't be much of a problem with the Mediterranean climate when they are away on their training camp, however, with the thermometer hitting a heady 85 degrees by the time today's session had finished!
