Lions could face the likes of Leyton Orient, Luton Town or Portsmouth
Millwall have been named as one of the seeded sides for the Capital One Cup First Round draw on Tuesday 16th June (10am).
Neil Harris' side will draw one of the 18 most southerly based unseeded teams for the tie, which is scheduled to take place the week after The Lions' League One opener on Saturday 8th August.
It means Millwall could come up against the likes of Leyton Orient, Luton Town, Barnet or Portsmouth in the opening round of the Cup competition.
For the First Round draw, the seeded teams will be split into two regional groups (based predominantly on a 'North' and 'South' split), and drawn against an unseeded team from the equivalent pot on a random home or away basis.
