Academy graduates extend their stay at The Den with long-term deals
Millwall duo Sid Nelson and Aiden O'Brien have signed new contracts with the club.
Nelson, 19, has put pen-to-paper on a new three-year deal, while fellow Academy graduate O'Brien, 21, has signed a fresh two-year contract with the option for an additional 12 months.
Nelson and O'Brien both made their first team breakthroughs during 2014/15, featuring 15 and 20 times respectively. The defender became a regular at the heart of the backline in the second-half of the campaign while Irish forward O'Brien scored twice as he enjoyed a consistent run up front during Neil Harris' interim spell in charge of the squad.
"Sid and Aiden have made fantastic progress over the last 12 months especially and this is their reward for that," chief executive Andy Ambler told millwallfc.co.uk.
"Neil believes that the club's current crop of youngsters can play a big part in both the short and long-term future for Millwall, so retaining the services of these two talented players is an important step."
