Lions CEO to represent League OneMillwall CEO Andy Ambler has been elected to represent League One clubs on the Football League Board, having previously been a Championship representative. Paul Barber (Brighton) and Jez Moxey (Wolves) will be the new Championship reps, with Andy being joined by Scunthorpe's James Rodwell for League One.
Greg Clarke, the Chairman of The Football League said: “It gives me great pleasure to welcome Jez and Paul on to the Board and to welcome Andy back. Each of them has enormous experience in professional football, as well as being widely respected by our clubs. I very much look forward to working with all three of them in the period ahead.”
Andy added: “I’m delighted to be able to continue on the Board of The Football League and I would like to thank League One clubs for supporting my candidacy. The League has made genuine progress in recent seasons and I look forward to playing my part in its future.”
