Millwall move for Megan Goss

30 January 2015

Lionesses sign former London Bees midfielder

Millwall Lionesses manager Dan Mlinar has bolstered his playing squad ahead of the 2015 campaign with the capture of gifted young midfielder Megan Goss from London Bees.

A former England U15 international, Megan began her career with Colchester United's Centre of Excellence before joining the Bees Development Squad.

The 18-year-old made a big impression on the right side of midfield and was promoted to London Bees first team squad for the 2014 WSL 2 campaign.

Megan made her debut in the Bees opening WSL 2 fixture at Oxford United, coming off the bench, as a second-half substitute, to help her team secure an impressive 3-0 away win.

She went on to make a total of 14 League and Cup appearances for the north London club in 2014, before joining Millwall Lionesses on trial earlier this month.

Having impressed in pre-season training, Megan also made an impact in the Lionesses' recent behind-closed-doors friendly with Brighton and the club are delighted to welcome her.
