Lions boss Ollie looks ahead to Saturday's game
Millwall manager Ian Holloway says his side need to rediscover their confidence in the second half of the season.
The Lions face Blackpool in a crucial match this weekend knowing that a positive result could pull the club out of the Championship drop zone but Ollie, speaking to millwallfc.co.uk, has stressed that his men need to improve on some recent performances if they are to earn all three points.
"I haven't been happy with how we have fallen away in terms of our confidence," he said.
"We need to put that right straight away because finding that confidence is the key. We have shown how good we can be when we believe in what we are doing and that is what we have to get back to.
"We haven't been at anywhere near our best in too many games over the past few weeks so we are working hard to put that right.
"I want to take this club forward and to do that we need plenty of togetherness and a determination to get better.
"We want to keep Blackpool as far away from us in the League as possible. The gap that is there at the moment can't get any smaller as far as I'm concerned.
"To climb up the table we need to start putting wins together in a row rather than the odd one here or there because that isn't good enough.
"I'm keen for us to go to Blackpool and show what we can do when we play with belief."
