Millwall supporters who purchased their FA Cup ticket for Wednesday night's Third Round replay at Bradford City can apply for a refund in the following ways:Tickets purchased in advance of the game via the Millwall Ticket Office, online or Call Centre please contact the Millwall Ticket Office in person at The Den or by phone on 0844 826 2004 (option 1) between 9.30am - 5pm.
Fans who purchased on the night at Bradford please apply for your refund in writing, enclosing proof of purchase (ie ticket stub), to Millwall Ticket Office, The Den, Zampa Road, London SE16 3LN.
