Hello and goodbye on Lions Live

13 August 2015

Alan Dunne and Tony Craig discuss the past, present and future

Nigel Mansell retires from Formula 1, Princess Eugenie emerges blinking into the light of day, Mr Bean makes his first appearance on our TV screens, and in South London, a wide-eyed, hopeful eight-year-old of Irish birth, is quietly being enrolled into the Millwall Youth Scheme.

Many momentous events came and went in 1990 but for Millwall legend Alan Dunne it was the year in which the course of his life changed forever and he spent the first of his 23 eventful years with The Lions.

Every Millwall fan has his or her own special "Dunney" memories, but on this evening's (7-9pm) programme the man himself will be joining the Lions Live team to share the highs and lows of his Millwall career.

In the second half of tonight's show a player who has recently attached his colours to the Millwall mast for the third time, defender Tony Craig, will be talking about his return to South London and, no doubt, re-living his own special moments at the The Den.

Both Dunney and TC will be open to questions, so have your phones at the ready.

The prize for this week's competition will be two tickets to The Lions first home League One game of the season against Coventry City on Saturday, along with a mystery prize to ramp up the tension even further.
