Lions need to turn performances into points, says the boss
Ian Holloway has called on his side to turn their positive performances into better results - starting at Huddersfield Town on Saturday.
The Lions sit 13th in the Sky Bet Championship table after a run of three games without a win and face another busy week of fixtures with a Den encounter against Birmingham and a trip to Derby next up after Saturday's match at the John Smith's Stadium.
Huddersfield was the scene of Ollie's first game in charge of Millwall back in January, a match which ended in a 1-0 win for The Terriers. So what has changed since then?
"I look a bit older!", Ollie told Lions Player. "I'm delighted to say that we managed to get ourselves out of the trouble we were in and we've tried to move forward with different players and a different attitude.
"We just need some points now to get up the other end of the table. We started off well but we've only got one point out of the last nine. We've played well but haven't got the points."
New Town boss Chris Powell is without a win so far since taking charge of The Terriers earlier this month but Ollie is expecting another tough test against the former Charlton manager's side.
"Chris has had a couple of weeks now to get his methods onto the players," he said. "I'm sure they will understand what he wants a bit better.
"It's about how they respond to him and how quickly he can turn things around. I know that myself from coming in mid-season last year."
