Skipper Naomi targets a win against Watford tonight
Millwall Lionesses lock horns with Watford Ladies tonight for the third time this season and will aiming to maintain their unbeaten run against the Hertfordshire outfit. Millwall then went one better on their return to Watford in the Continental Cup in July as goals from Kimberley Stenning and Stevie Lamb secured a 2-1 win.
The two teams drew 2-2 on the opening day of the WSL 2 campaign when goals from Emma Whitter and Sophie Perry earned Lionesses a battling point at Berkhamsted.
"Ideally we want to climb the table again after finishing the first half of the season in the top four and get some good performances in to end on a high."
She said: "We know we can score against Watford and we will just have to be patient and believe in our ability that we can put the ball past them.
Having lost key players Emma Whitter and Dionne Lennon to injury in their previous encounters, Naomi believes the team has plenty of motivation to take into the game adding: "Both Emma and Dionne broke their legs against Watford so that makes it a big game, but we don't really want to put an edge on it because then we will be distracted.
