Great guests set for Lions Live on Thursday
Alberto will talk about the season so far, how the team have coped with the loss of two key players with serious injuries, and how he sees the rest of the campaign panning out. He will also answer questions you may have about coaching, the development of women's football and any other aspect of the game that you may wish to discuss.
The show, which is broadcast direct from the heart of The Den between 7 - 9pm every Thursday throughout the season, kicks off with Alberto Kurti, the manager of Millwall Lionesses.
This Thursday night's Lions Live show promises to provide some fascinating listening with three interesting guests lined up.
If you want to reminisce with Derek about those days at the old Den, find out what he is doing now and generally talk all things Millwall then get in touch - this is your show!
In the second hour, the Lions Live team welcome former Den favourite Derek Smethurst to the show. Derek made 71 appearances for The Lions between 1971-75 and featured heavily in the 1971/72 season when Millwall agonisingly missed out on a first-ever promotion to the top flight.
Birch will be answering your Millwall-related questions on tomorrow night's show, so if you want to get involved - or simply have a message for the team this Saturday - then use the contact details below to get in touch.
. It has been a disappointing week at the Den in terms of results for the team, but The Lions will be determined to take the positives out of Tuesday's narrow defeat at Reading into this Saturday's home game with high-flying Nottingham Forest.
If you have any questions for Alberto, Birch or Derek then please get in touch using one of the following three methods:
