Hoyte & Shittu set to play - watch live on YouTube

15 September 2014

Defensive duo in line for QPR U21s game tonight

Millwall U21s will be hoping to get back to winning ways this evening when Neil Harris' charges make the short trip across London to face QPR at Loftus Road (7pm).

The Lions kicked off their Professional Development League 2 campaign with successive wins against Barnsley (2-0) and Charlton (2-1), but slipped to a 4-3 defeat in their last outing at Nottingham Forest seven days ago.

Experienced defensive duo Justin Hoyte and Danny Shittu have both been added to the travelling squad, whilst recent signing Angel Martinez will get some more useful minutes as he gets up to full match fitness.

Speaking after the Forest game coach Chopper enthused about the attacking play of his team, but bemoaned the individual errors that cost Millwall dear at the City Ground.

QPR have kept clean sheets in their last three matches, but The Lions have shown great invention and produced some clinical finishes in their three games to date, so it promises to be well worth watching tonight's game, live on YouTube here from 7pm.

Millwall squad: Dylan Casey, Sofiane El-Bekri, Kyren Farrell, Jake Goodman, Denzel Gerrar, Harry Girling, Justin Hoyte, Angel Martinez, Aiden O’Brien, Alfie Pavey, Jamie Philpot, Josh Siafa, Danny Shittu, Ben Thompson, Keaton Wood, Callum Webb.
