Action from Saturday's Den derbyThere was plenty going on both on and off the field at The Den on Saturday as Millwall locked horns with Brentford in a five-goal thriller.
Before the game, both teams united in remembering the sacrifices made by British and Allied service men and women during a century of conflict since the outbreak of the First World War.
The Lions wore a special camouflage kit and Brentford's shirts had a poppy on the front. The two teams formed a guard of honour for personnel from Headley Court Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre and the stage was set for the first Den derby of the season.
It didn't quite go according to plan, however, and Brentford raced into a 2-0 lead with an Andre Gray brace. A stunning comeback saw Lee Gregory and Alan Dunne score two goals in 90 seconds before a Danny Shittu own goal ensured that it was The Bees, and not The Lions, who finished the game with all three points.
