Birch expresses delight at Den return in Tuesday's programme

Millwall are looking to secure back-to-back home wins against Sheffield Wednesday at The Den on Tuesday evening (7.45pm).

The Owls, a point better off than The Lions in the Championship table, appointed caretaker boss Stuart Gray as Dave Jones' permanent successor on Saturday, and visit The Den on the back of 2-1 FA Cup victory over Rochdale.

Ian Holloway's side had a weekend off as a result of their Third Round elimination at the hands of Southend United, but go into the game fresh from their five-day training camp in Portugal last week.

The mid-season warm-weather exercise was the idea of Marc Bircham, who speaks at length in Tuesday's edition of The Lion.

Birch, back at The Den 12 years after he left as a player as part of Ollie's new backroom team, speaks openly about his decision to leave QPR for The Lions, the benefit of the side's visit to the Algarve and shares his insight and excitement about the style of play the new management team are trying to implement.

In Tuesday's programme we also hear from Ollie and club captain Paul Robinson, have the usual input from fan columnist Merv Payne and there are words from Commercial Director Alan Williams who has news of two exciting updates from the club.

As well, there are details of editor Billy Taylor's cycle ride from London to Amsterdam for Prostate Cancer UK, and the usual in-depth look at our visitors, Sheffield Wednesday.

There's all that and much, much more - but if you can't make it to the game don't worry as you can still enjoy everything The Lion has to offer with Millwall's official programme app, wherever you are in the world.

The club's digital programme contains everything the print version has to offer, including a range of interviews, features and photographs, as well as regular articles from our historians, the Supporter's Club, the Community Trust and many more.

The digital offering is available on Apple iPad and iPhone, on the Android market, and via the Pocketmags app on Kindle Fire, Blackberry Playbook and Windows 8.

Millwall supporters can subscribe for the rest of the season, including the download of backdated issues since August, for just £59.99. You can also buy on a game-by-game basis with League programmes available to download for £2.99.

If you're on iOS or Android, search 'Millwall The Lion' in your respective App Store to download, of if you are downloading onto Kindle Fire, Blackberry Playbook or Windows 8, visit the Pocketmags app, search for Millwall FC and go from there.
