Back to the classroom for Lions starsThe Millwall players have been spending time in the classroom as well as on the training pitches during their mid-season trip to the Algarve.
Boss Ian Holloway says there is a lot of learning to be done in a very short time so they have to make every waking moment count.
"Ideally we would be doing a lot of this work during six or seven weeks during pre-season, but we don't have that opportunity at the moment so we have to do as much as we can in six days.
The players have been doing three sessions a day, two on the training ground and one in the classroom. What they have to learn is my theories, my philosophies and my regime.
The people who run the place here have told me that ours is the best behaved group they've hosted which is what I like to hear."
