DJ Campbell's a Lion

Ollie makes second loan signing

Millwall boss Ian Holloway has completed his second signing in five days after striker DJ Campbell this afternoon joined The Lions on a standard loan from Blackburn Rovers until the end of the season.

Holloway, who snapped up Tottenham Hotspur prospect Ryan Fredericks on a 93-day loan last Thursday, has further boosted his squad - and striking options - by bringing in DJ Campbell.

Campbell, 32, has already enjoyed a fruitful working partnership with boss Ollie when the duo were at Blackpool, scoring 34 goals in 60 appearances for The Tangerines.

Millwall will be the eighth League club DJ has played for in his career, having got his first taste of professional football at Brentford in 2005, for whom he scored 12 goals in 17 full appearances.

He is set to fly out to Portugal over the next few hours and meet up with his new team-mates at their warm weather training camp in Portugal.
