Millwall Community getting behind charityMillwall Community Trust are supporting Samaritans to encourage people to talk about whatever is getting to them.
20,665 volunteers deliver the charity's service through 201 branches in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, and they are there for people to talk about their worries and feelings by phone, email, SMS and in face-to-face visits.
Samaritans receive more than five million calls a year from people of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances. They are not a religious organisation and rely almost entirely on donations.
Whatever you are going through, their door is always open. Whether you are struggling to cope, feeling vulnerable, down, depressed or suicidal - Samaritans are available to talk 24 hours a day.
