Young Lions to face Cardiff City

8 December 2014

Date for your diary at Dartford

Millwall U21s host Cardiff City in a Professional Development League 2 match at Princes Park tonight (7pm).

Neil Harris' young charges secured a share of the spoils in their last League outing against Ipswich Town 10 days ago courtesy of a 75th-minute equaliser from Alfie Pavey, who signed a professional contract with the club on Saturday.

It will be the first time the U21s have played at Princes Park, home of Dartford FC, this season with last month's scheduled derby clash against Crystal Palace falling foul of adverse weather conditions.

Lions fans can show their support on Monday with tickets available on the night priced at £5 for adults and £1 for U12s.

Full team news will be revealed later today.

There could be a run out for one or two first team players as part of the overage contingent as there was in the Ipswich game, when midfielders Jimmy Abdou and Richard Chaplow were both involved.
