Lions set to secure striker Martyn
Millwall will complete formalities within the next 24 hours to secure the signing of Leicester City striker Martyn Waghorn on a 93-day emergency loan.Lions boss Steve Lomas has moved swiftly to boost his attacking options as he prepares for Saturday's home game with Derby County with currently just one fit striker to call upon in the shape of youngster John Marquis.
Steve Morison is continuing his rehabilitation following an abdominal hernia operation, whilst Jermaine Easter (hamstring), Andy Keogh (groin) and Scott McDonald (knee) are all rated doubtful for this weekend's game.
Foxes frontman Martyn kicked off his career as a trainee at Sunderland and enjoyed a couple of loan spells with Charlton Athletic and then Leicester City, who paid £3m to secure his services on a permanent basis in August 2010.
Martyn, who has bagged 22 career goals in 59 career league starts, has only ever finished up on the losing side three times when he has scored!
He has been handed squad number 29 and will go straight into the squad for Saturday's home game with Derby County.
