Bargain Den tickets for World Cup clash

If you are not making the trip to Reading on Saturday, why not pop down to The Den to watch England's FIFA Women's World Cup 2015 against Wales this Saturday at The Den (kick-off 7.05pm).

England internationals are back in London just over a year after their momentous win against Brazil at London 2012, when they played for Team GB, in front of a crowd of over 70,000 at Wembley.

England's 'Lionesses' last played at The Den in a 1-0 victory over Spain on 1st April 2010.
Katie Chapman's goal gave England the win in what proved to be a crucial victory over Spain that maintained England's 100% record en route to qualifying for the World Cup in Germany two years ago, when they eventually reached the Quarter-Finals.

The players are hoping that Lions fans will get behind them once again and suporters from across the capital will come out with England flags waving and roar them on to another victory at The Den.

And not only will there be a spectacular feast of international women’s football in store.
From 5pm, fans are invited to take part in the FREE interactive fanzone, brought to you by Continental Tyres. Games include batak boards, a speed cage, a target shoot inflateable plus a new trailer that houses the FA WSL trophy, Cyprus Cup and FA WSL Continental Cup, and digital stations.

Charlotte Lade, one of the world’s leading professional football freestylers, will be showing off her amazing football tricks and skills, and fans can also meet some of their FA WSL footballing heroes as England and Everton Ladies player Fern Whelan and Arsenal Ladies Gilly Flaherty will be in the house to meet and greet the supporters.

The loveable FA WSL mascot Berry the bear and Zampa the Lion will also be in attendance and staff from London and Kent County FA’s will be on hand to provide information on local football opportunities. To add to the enhanced fan experience, there will be hair braiding and face painting, all of which will take place inside Millwall Community Centre, from 5pm.
