Duo set for Den returnLions boss Steve Lomas could welcome back Richard Chaplow and Scott McDonald to his squad for Saturday's visit of Championship high-flyers Queens Park Rangers.
Chaplow, who picked up a groin injury ahead of Millwall's game at Bournemouth two weeks ago, returned to full training this week, as did Scott McDonald, who has missed the last three games with a knee problem aggravated in the 1-0 win over Charlton back in September, in which he scored.
Alan Dunne, however, begins a two-match suspension after his dismissal against The Cherries - his second red card of the season so far - and that could pave the way for Paul Connolly to make only his second start for the club at right-back since signing in September.
Lomas is also unable to call upon the services of midfielder Shaun Derry, who is not eligible to play as per the terms of his loan agreement between the two clubs. Mark Beevers is also out as he continues his recovery from a knee ligament sprain, meaning that one of Karleigh Osborne, Danny Shittu or Shane Lowry could partner Paul Robinson at the heart of the Millwall defence.
QPR arrive at The Den unbeaten in the Championship so far and have gone eight straight games without conceding a goal - a club record. R's boss Harry Redknapp will, however, be without the services of loan midfielder Tom Carroll who picked up an ankle injury playing for England's U21s against Lithuania earlier this week. The 21-year-old has returned to parent club Tottenham for treatment.
If you're unable to make it to The Den for the game you can, as ever, join Deano, Andrea and Billy live on Lions Player from 2.50pm for full match commentary. The trio will also be joined by former Lions defender Ian Dawes who made over 200 appearances for both QPR and Millwall in the 1980s and early 1990s.
