Lomas looks ahead to QPR encounter in programme notesLions boss Steve Lomas says his side have put the international break to good use ahead of Saturday's London derby with Queens Park Rangers.
The R's, managed by Harry Redknapp, Lomas' former boss, arrive at The Den unbeaten in the League so far this term and on the back of eight straight clean sheets.
But Lomas, speaking in his programme notes, says his side should worry only about themselves and put in a similar performance to those in recent home matches against Blackpool and Leeds United.
"We know that we will have to be at our very best if we are to maintain our recent home form," he says.
"QPR could probably put out two teams capable of competing at the top of the Championship. However, we have to focus ourselves and what we're capable of doing, make sure that we start the game on the front foot, bring our crowd into play and cause them some problems.
"We know all about Rangers' quality, but we have quality in our team too and if we pick up where we left off against Leeds and Blackpool there's no reason why we can't get a result."
