Estimated £3.4m up for grabs this Saturday
Launched this week, Millwall Lotto gives fans of the club the chance to play for enormous cash prizes, with an initial estimated £3.4MILLION jackpot up for grabs this weekend.
All the action gets underway with the first draw this Saturday, 19th October 2013, and supporters can bet in the hope of winning a life-changing sum of money, secure in the knowledge that every penny the club receives will be donated to the Millwall Community Trust.
Millwall is one of the first clubs in the Championship to launch a scheme of this kind, which is operated in partnership with Lotto Network, a brand of lottery betting company MyLotto24 Ltd.
With draws every Wednesday and Saturday, Millwall Lotto is based on a familiar lottery format and players over the age of 18 can sign up for single draws or on a subscription basis to ensure that they never miss a jackpot. Prizes can be won by matching numbers from 1 to 49, plus a favourite Millwall legend, from Harry Cripps to Tim Cahill.
"As a club we are constantly looking to introduce initiatives that not only benefit the club but also our fan base, and Millwall Lotto does just that," said Alan Williams, Commercial Director at Millwall.
"It gives our supporters an opportunity to win some great prizes, while also financially benefitting the Community Trust, which does so much work within this deserving area."
The first draw will take place today, Saturday 19th October. Getting started is easy, and by choosing to subscribe, you'll never miss a jackpot. At just £1.50 per lotto bet, Millwall Lotto not only offers higher average jackpots than the National Lottery, but it's also cheaper to play!
