Join Teddy, Cas and co for lunch on 15th December
It is now a quarter of a century since The Lions re-wrote the history books by reaching the top flight for the first time when John Docherty's men landed the Second Division title in 1988.They went on briefly to top the old First Division, of course, and fans of a certain vintage will recall the heady days when Millwall mixed it on equal footing with the likes of Arsenal, Spurs, Manchester United and Liverpool.
On Sunday 15th December there will be an opportunity to take a trip down memory lane with Teddy Sheringham, Tony Cascarino, Terry Hurlock, Les Briley and the rest during a celebratory lunch with the legends to be held at The Den.
The price per head for a three course lunch is just £55 (inclusive of VAT), and in addition to reminiscences from the men who made Millwall history, there will be a noon drinks reception, comedian, raffle and auction, plus of course a pay bar.
