Jermaine earned his 11th Welsh cap on 11th October when he came on as a second-half substitute for Simon Church in the World Cup qualifier against Macedonia.
Fellow Millwall striker Steve Morison is named as one of seven players on stand-by and will be hoping that he gets an opportunity to earn his 21st full international cap for Wales.
