Fordey plays his part

Lions keeper on top form in Wembley draw

Millwall keeper David Forde put on a brilliant display between the sticks as the Republic of Ireland came away from Wembley Stadium with an impressive 1-1 draw against Roy Hodgson's England.
Shane Long gave the visitors a first-half lead before a leveller from Frank Lampard, but Fordey got the better of the Three Lions forward line with a string of second-half saves to deny the hosts victory.
The 33-year-old and his team-mates will now travel back to Ireland to prepare for Sunday's friendly against Georgia ahead of next Friday's crucial World Cup Qualifier at home to the Faroe Islands. Giovanni Trapattoni's squad then face World and European Champions Spain in a friendly at New York's Yankee Stadium on 11th June.
