* There will be no booking fee to personal callers at the Millwall ticket office paying by cash or debit card. A booking fee of £1.50 per ticket will be payable when booking by credit card at the Millwall ticket office.
** When purchasing online or via the call centre there is a booking fee of £3 per ticket plus £6.25 Royal Mail Special delivery per transaction.
