Injury update

6 March 2013

Latest on winger James

Kenny Jackett has been dealt a substantial blow with confirmation today that winger James Henry will be ruled out for the rest of the season with knee ligament damage.
James was stretchered off during last Saturday's match at Leeds following a poor challenge by United's Stephen Warnock, and although he managed to return to the pitch for the final five minutes of injury time a scan has confirmed his worst fears.
"Further to a scan result, we can confirm that James has ruptured his left knee's lateral ligament," said Lions physio Bobby Bacic.
"James will see a specialist on Monday but he will now miss the remainder of the season."
