Robbo can't wait for new season
Lions skipper Paul Robinson is more excited than anyone at the release of the fixtures for the 2013/14 campaign.
Having been largely sidelined through injury last season, he has already been back at work, seeking to put the past 12 months firmly behind him in a bid to be on the start line when it all kicks-off again on 3rd August.
"It's always nice to start with a home game," enthused Robbo. "It's a big game for them obviously, but also for us as we celebrate 20 years at The (new) Den and it's the gaffer's first game too.
You always look out for the derby matches, Charlton and QPR in particular, and it will be good to face them fairly early on.
Then there's the run-in at the end, two home games with a tough trip to QPR sandwiched in between.
Hopefully by that stage of the season we'll still be challenging at the top end of the table rather than worrying about relegation this time round."
