Lions looking forward to Fourth Round tie
Lions boss Kenny Jackett is excited at the prospect of facing Aston Villa at The Den in the next round of the Cup.
He said: "I'm very pleased to have drawn a Premier League club of the tradition and status of Aston Villa, particularly at home. It gives us all something to look forward to at the end of the month and between now and then we can focus on some important Championship fixtures."
Defender Shane Lowry had particular reason to smile when the draw was made at Wembley on Sunday afternoon.
The former Villa man explained: "Obviously I've got many friends at Villa, including Nathan Baker, who was here at Millwall for a spell too, and I'll be looking foward to seeing them again.
More than that, though, it's a great draw for us as a club, exciting for the fans and we'll be hoping for a bit of a giant killing."
The date for the tie has yet to be confirmed but the match will played at The Den on the weekend of 26/27/28 January.
