Who's in, who's out

Millwall boss Kenny Jackett adds new loan signing Benik Afobe to the squad as The Lions aim to bounce back to winning ways at Blackpool after three successive Championship defeats.
England U21 international striker Afobe, who today joined on a youth loan from Arsenal, could be thrust straight into the starting line-up as Millwall look to kick-start their league campaign and stay in touch with the Play-Off pack.
Jackett's men have not scored in the league for over 270 minutes as the goals have dried up, but with Rob Hulse and now Afobe adding different striking options, the boss hopes that his team can find their scoring touch sooner rather than later.
Managerless Blackpool will hand young goalkeeper Mark Halstead his first league start against Millwall.
The 23-year-old has been the regular deputy to first-choice goalkeeper Matt Gilks at Bloomfield Road this season.
But Gilks will serve a one-match ban after being sent off against Barnsley.
