Injury update

11 February 2013

Latest from the treatment room

The games are coming thick and fast now as The Lions prepare for their fifth game in 23 days at Luton Town in the FA Cup Fifth Round this Saturday.
Lions physio Bobby Bacic is grateful that despite the busy schedule, there were no fresh injury concerns following Saturday's match against Blackpool.
"We were fortunate to pick up no new injuries at the weekend," he said, "And that means we can concentrate on the end stage rehab of those in the treatment room.
Chris Taylor is looking to re-join training this week and then have an eye on a reserve match if all goes well.
Nathan Tyson is also progressing well and he is expected to rejoin training next week.
Finally Paul Robinson is happy to be back in the country and at the club after his groin surgery in the States. We will re-assess him and continue with his re-hab, being mindful that after his Transatlantic flight he may have some swelling therefore we have planned for a gentle week to begin with."
