Lions set for Cup clashThere will be a case of the old and the new at The Den on Tuesday night as Millwall entertain AFC Wimbledon in the Capital One Cup First Round (7.45pm).
Former Lions Andy Frampton and Peter Sweeney will hope to line up for The Dons, whilst Neal Ardley, who made 23 appearances for Millwall between 2006 and 2007, takes charge of the League Two club.
Steve Lomas will be counting on his side to bounce back from Saturday's disappointing opening-day defeat to Yeovil Town, but wholesale changes to the starting line-up are unlikely.
However, Nicky Bailey and Scott McDonald, who both came off the bench against The Glovers, are in contention for their full Millwall debuts, as is Stephen Bywater who is likely to deputise in the absence of David Forde who underwent knee surgery earlier today.
Lee Martin, who missed part of pre-season with a slight knock to his knee, has been back in full training and will hope to play some part as The Lions look to kick-start a Cup run ahead of Saturday's Championship game against Ipswich Town on Saturday.
If you can't make it to The Den, Lions Player will be bringing you full match commentary from 7.40pm.
