I would like to wish Kenny and the boys good luck for the Semi-Final on Saturday. As I now live in New Zealand am unable to make the 12,000 mile journey to Wembley, but you will hear me cheering from the other side of the World at 2am Sunday morning NZ time!! I will be watching the Lions get through to the final (again!) on ESPN.
Micky Kelliher added: Looking forward to going two Wembley on Saturday with my dad, my godson and two nephews flying from Shannon airport Ireland to London to see The Lions; lifelong Millwall fans. Come on you blues!
Good luck Millwall at the Semi Final v Wigan.
I am originally from Rotherhithe And have supported Millwall for all my 46 years.
I have been working in various countries since 2000. The only time my wife And I have been to Wembley with Millwall was 1999 v Wigan. This time I want Millwall to have revenge.
Last FA Cup Final 2004 for Millwall I was working in Canada shortly after moving from Dubai.
My family and I last season were working in the UK, based in Derbyshire. We went to all Millwall away Midlands games and my son Fred had the privilege of being Millwall matchday mascot at Nottingham Forest. Fred told me it was the best day of his life even though we lost. Fred was so proud to be Millwall mascot and I was so proud of him.
We also enjoyed a number of games at The Den.
Although my son, now 11, was born in Dubai he is an ardent Millwall fan and went to his first game at The Den on a holiday visit to the UK from the Philippines when he was six.
We expect to be moving again shortly to one of the Caribbean islands. Rest assured we will continue to be proud Millwall supporters and preach about Millwall wherever we are.
This time....Good luck from Guyana. Gutted we can't be at Wembley to be part of the Millwall Roar.
Regards
Terry and Frederick White
Werner van de Ruit and Shang Yu unfortunately are unable to attend tomorrow's game due to his wife's illness, as he explains: Me and my son cannot travel to Wembley tommorrow. A sad situation and yes, we know what it’s like.
We still have so much good memories of that great match at Old Trafford in 2004.
It was there when we’ve met the Mayne Family of Welling, Kent. Four generations of Lions fans!! Yvonne, Steve + the rest..…we will think about you tommorrow! We also often think about our last visit to Wembley when we beat Swindon. These are moments every Lions fan are cherishing for the rest of their lives.
Enclosed is a picture of my son with David Forde, taken before the match against Leeds in 2012.
We wish all Lions an unforgettable day!
Europe here we come..….again!
