Lions masseur in triathlon bid
Millwall's first team Massage Therapist Joe Phillips will have a busy day on Saturday.
After administering his customary pre-match rubs to the Lions stars prior to the npower Championship clash with Brighton, Joe will be dashing off to the Excel Centre ready for the 4.50pm start of the London Triathlon.
The 23-year-old is following in the footsteps of the Brownlee brothers, hoping to raise money for his chosen charity MENCAP.
He said: "I've done a bit of running before and played rugby, but this is the first triathlon I've attempted.
I worked on a summer camp in the USA recently with mentally and physically handipped youngsters, and I decided I wanted to raise money to help people with those particular needs.
I'm aiming to get round, first and foremost, but I'd like to think I could finish in under 1 hour 40 minutes."
Joe is the latest in a long line of Lions employees and fans doing their bit to help those less fortunate than themselves.

We'll let you know how he gets on next week, but before that, Channel 4 are showing highlights of the event on Sunday night.
