Trotts, Mildy, Robbo and much, much more

Tuesday night sees Birmingham City visit The Den as Millwall look to continue their recent unbeaten run.
In our latest edition of the matchday programme, we speak to Liam Trotter, who notched a vital penalty in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace.
The midfield reflects on his performances so far to date and recalls this fixture last season, when a rampant Blues side ran out 6-0 winners over nine-man Millwall.
“I remember that it was a strange day with an unusual atmosphere. We’d just had our biggest defeat of the season but were given a superb reception from the Millwall fans. That was excellent but also a bit strange for us because we lost 6-0. That says a lot about our supporters and what they look for in the players."
Trotts, who now has four goals for the season, also reveals how his goal celebrations help to focus his mind ahead of games.
"If I have a dance to do, I feel like I’m preparing myself to score. It gives me a positive outlook and a positive mindset going into a game. I’ve found that when I don’t have a dance I go a few games without scoring".
Paul Robinson tackles your questions in our latest Facebook Q&A. The central defender tells us what his favourite ever prank is, the centre-half he's enjoyed playing alongside the most and what his all-time Millwall Xl is!
Tuesday's programme also sees the return of 'Steve Says'. Goalkeeper Steve Mildenhall continues to combine professional football with a part-time Media course and gives us his view on whether the newly-opened St George's Park will have been a worthwhile investment in the future.
