Goal threat

2 October 2012

Gallen predicts chances aplenty

Lions assistant boss Joe Gallen is predicting another open attacking game at Ashton Gate on Tuesday night.
Millwall have had their problems defensively this term, conceding 17 goals to date, but City are just one behind on 16.
Joe said: "We've been doing a lot of work defensively, on blocking crosses, blocking shots, defending at set pieces etc. We are still looking for a settled back four, with so much disruption due to injuries, but we're confident we will get there.
Going forward we look like we're always going to be a threat, and the same goes for our opponents tonight who have plenty of striking options but like ourselves have struggled at the back.
Ashton Gate is one of the biggest pitches in the Championship and I'm expecting this to be an entertaining game with plenty of goalmouth incident."
