Kenny hoping injuries stay minimalChampionship Manager of the Month for November Kenny Jackett is looking for his side to bounce back from last Saturday's 3-0 defeat to Ipswich Town when The Lions host Leicester City on Saturday at The Den (3pm).
The loss at Portman Road was Millwall's first in 14 games but a return to winning ways against Nigel Pearson's Foxes could see his side leapfrog Watford into 6th spot, a place below Leicester who have four points more than Kenny's men.
The cold weather this week has seen the side training at The Den when necessary, but The Lions' boss hasn't had to contend with any fresh injury concerns going into Saturday's Championship clash.
"Our squad will be the same," Jackett said. "We have a minimal amount of injuries and we want to try and keep it that way."
The side have been without the services of Darius Henderson who injured his hamstring in the November draw with Watford, a problem aggravated in the lead up to the last week's game against the Tractor Boys, but Kenny doesn't think it'll be long before the frontman is back in action.
"Darius has trained towards the back end of this week but will need a period of time of full training before he's selected for the first team."
As well as Darius, Paul Robinson and John Marquis are still unavailable for selection as they continue their respective recoveries from injury, but Kenny has been pleased with the way the team has coped with the rigours of the campaign so far, allowing him to select with consistency.
"We've got a balanced squad; that's the good thing, and a bonus for me having been here a number of years. If you look at the squad and the formation it's pretty settled with competition all round."
