George Alexander and Besart Topalloj scored in the final 10 minutes as Millwall's Under 23s salvaged a Professional Development League draw on Monday afternoon against Charlton Athletic at Calmont Road.
Chuks Aneke and Abraham Odoh put The Addicks 2-0 up at Calmont Road, but Alexander and substitute Topalloj found the net in the 81st and 87th minutes respectively to ensure a share of the spoils.
Kevin Nugent fielded the usual suspects, with James Brown, Junior Tiensia, Billy Mitchell and Alexander starting.
The Addicks saw most of the ball in the early stages and had chances through Aneke and George Lapslie, but Joe Wright stood firm in the Millwall goal, especially to the latter.
At the other end, Mitchell shot inches wide, but with 37 minutes played, Charlton took the lead after Aneke found space inside the penalty to fire home.
That lead was doubled five minutes into the second-half as after James Vennings' attempt was parried by Wright, Odoh was perfectly placed to nod home The Addicks' second of the afternoon.
Odoh thought he had scored his second and Charlton's third on the hour-mark, but he was ruled offside, before The Lions reduced the deficit nine minutes from time as Alexander took advantage of Wright's kick forward, finishing at the second attempt.
The action wasn't done there, though, as Reuben Duncan's corner with just three minutes to go was glanced home by Topalloj.
