Millwall's Under 23s drew 1-1 with Cardiff City at Princes Park in the Professional Development League on Monday afternoon.
Mahlon Romeo gave the young Lions the lead shortly into the second-half, but Anthony Pilkington ensured a share of the spoils with a curling effort just before the hour-mark.
Kevin Nugent opted to partner Harry Smith and Kristian Brymora in attack, whilst Kris Twardek and Lewis White took their place on each wing.
Harry Donovan and Ben Thompson stood side-by-side in central midfield, with the back four of Romeo, Paul Rooney, Christian Mbulu and Noah Chesmain in front of goalkeeper David Martin.
The first-half saw The Lions dominate without threatening Lee Camp's goal, apart from Twardek's early shot, which smacked the crossbar after the Canadian cut inside on his left foot.
On 54 minutes, Millwall took the lead through Romeo's fierce drive from inside the penalty area.
However, that lead was short-lived, as Pilkington curled home a sublime equaliser just five minutes later.
Chances were traded at both ends in the final half-hour, but neither side could find the breakthrough, with both settling for a point.
