Dennis Wise and Paul Ifill took time off from their preperations for Saturday's clash with high-flying Leicester City to help out Lewisham's Meals on Wheels service. On their first visit they met up with life-long Lions fan and former groundsman Fredrick Green. As it turned out Fred had more Millwall memories than most of us had hot dinners and he shared many of them with the Lions duo.
