 ultimate owner of each significant interest in the Club.

 Millwall FC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Millwall
 Holdings PLC.

 Significant owners of Millwall Holdings PLC shares
 are presently:-

 Chestnut Hill Ventures LLC               70.39%
 Ultimately controlled jointly by John Berylson, a
 director of Chestnut Hill Ventures LLC, and Richard A
 Smith as Trustee of the Philip Smith Deceased Will
 Trust.
