Greenwich-born defender who came through the Millwall youth ranks to make a dream start to his senior career in the final two games of the 2002/3 season.
Tony was a surprise inclusion in the starting line up at Nottingham Forest in April 2003 as former boss Mark McGhee looked to blood promising youngsters. A week later the tough-tackling left back made his home debut in the last game of the season and rounded off his short campaign in style by scoring the first goal in The Lions' 2-0 victory against Coventry City.
Hampered by a pelvic injury during the opening stages of the 2003/4 campaign, Tony enjoyed regular first-team football in the latter stages of 2004/5 and became a fixture in the side the year after, finishing the season as captain. TC continued to produce a string of consistent displays during 2006/7, and for the second successive campaign, was crowned 'Young Player of the Year'.
