Galway born keeper who joined Millwall from Cardiff City in the summer of 2008. David played League One football for both Swindon and Bournemouth during loan spells in 2007/8, saving a Neil Harris penalty during Millwall's 2-0 defeat at the hands of the Cherries in March 2008.
Since his Lions debut against Oldham at the start of the 2008/9 season, the Irishman has played every minute of every League match and is looking to continue that run. He recorded 19 clean sheets, one less than Golden Glove winner Danny Coyne at Tranmere that season, and saved five penalties in those matches.
Other than a JPT game at Barnet in September, in which John Sullivan was handed his Lions debut, David played in every minute of every other Millwall match during the 2009/10 season.
For the second year running the shot-stopper was narrowly pipped for the Golden Glove award, yet still managed to keep 21 clean sheets - including three in the Play-Off games.
Previous clubs: Cardiff City, AFC Bournemouth (loan)
Lions debut: Oldham Athletic (A) 9th August 2008
