Lions boss Kenny Jackett is set to bring in pacey striker/winger Theo Robinson from Huddersfield Town on an emergency loan deal until 11th December.
Kenny has tracked the 21-year-old for some time and will now have the opportunity to view him at close quarters for 93 days.
Following Gary Alexander's departure to Brentford and John Marquis suffering a broken wrist against West Ham reserves last week, the manager was keen to bolster his attacking options, and in Robinson he has acquired a maker and taker of goals who found the net 13 times for The Terriers in 38 appearances last season.
Theo will be ineligible for the Carling Cup tie against Ipswich Town having played for Huddersfield in the competition already this season.
