Millwall's League One game at home to Brentford on Saturday 3rd April has been brought forward to Friday 2nd April (7.45pm).
Promotion rivals Colchester United were due to face Exeter City on Saturday 3rd April, but switched their game to the Friday afternoon to allow more preparation for the crunch clash against The Lions on Bank Holiday Monday, when Brentford are also due to play Exeter City.
Both Brentford and ourselves have therefore agreed to play our game on Friday night in order to maximise the recovery time for the players at a critical stage of the season.
Lions Chief Executive Andy Ambler said: "We apologise for the late change to this fixture. Hopefully everyone will appreciate and understand the reason why, so that Kenny Jackett and the players have as much time as possible after the Brentford game to prepare for our crucial match at Colchester on Easter Monday 5th April."
