Season ticket holder Layne Ives took out one of our excellent VIP packages recently, and he was so impressed by his day out at The Den that he wrote in to share his experience with us:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the club for being so well treated during the Bristol Rovers match.
I had arranged a hospitality day for myself, Layne Ives, and my two sons Lewis and Jake. I couldn't have asked for any more having set of from Scotland in the early hours of a cold winter's day.
We were welcomed by cheerful and happy staff, enjoyed a well presented meal, were shown around the ground and even had a sneaky picture of me and my boys taken pitch-side.
The boys were delighted to get this opportunity and I would recommend this hospitality day to all fans.
I would also like to thank the compere who recognised the distance we travelled and our loyalty to the club as we were to head back the same night....completing a 900 mile round trip, not for the first or the last time either!
I would also like to thank the Millwall supporter that won the signed football and gave this to my boys, this was a fantastic gesture and I believe typical of a real millwall fan that recognises loyalty to our club, this would not happen anywhere else!
The boys then went on to be called up for a picture with Man of the Match Steve Morison - again a great gesture from the club.
Today I received the picture that I thought would be lost among the picture port folio at the club and was amazed as they must had researched who we were and where to send as I didn't speak to anyone about this.
All in all when I booked this in November as a Christmas gift I did not expect this outcome, It was great for the boys, who only get the chance to see The Lions at the likes of Hartlepool and Carlisle along with a few home and away trips between, to be so welcomed at the club.
We are flying the flag for Millwall in Scotland, please ask the boys to get a result for us at Carlisle next month - we will be there!
