Wycombe Wanderers FC and Millwall FC have been charged under FA Rule E20 (a) following the incident involving Gareth Ainsworth and Tony Craig during the match at Adams Park on Saturday 20th February that resulted in a straight red card for the Wycombe player.
Millwall FC are currently reviewing the incident with a few to deciding the next course of action.
Both clubs have until 11th March to respond.
